We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAHAM LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.
IN ANY EVENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAHAM LABS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
8) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Graham Labs from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or others.
10) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” indicates when the latest version took effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
